RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Mayya collection offers returns and exchanges 7 days after items have been received. this is on the condition that all items are returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Label and tags must all remain intact if provided. Payment are sent back once items have been received by us. items that are returned damaged will be sent back to you and you will be required to pay for shipping costs. If items have arrived damaged to you, please email us with attached photos of the damage and we will be happy to refund you including the shipping costs.
Please note that refunds do not include shipping fees & you will have to provide for your own return delivery costs
